OurClub

We are Code Purple (Team 5827), an FRC robotics club from Lake Washington High School and local magnet academies, based in Kirkland, Washington. Our club was started in 2011 as a VRC team, but for the 2016 season we decided to switch from Vex to FRC for a greater challenge and more opportunities to enhance our STEM principles. We found it to be an amazing opportunity to both learn and grow. Starting in January of every year, the FRC build season begins again and our club members build a robot to compete in the current year’s FRC challenge. This year is the 2019 FIRST season, Destination: Deep Space.
